On day 5, the we hit the ground running at 7:30. Adam, Jadyn, and Cooper continued to lay conduit on the south side of the campus, while Micah, Autumn, and Mr. Plante worked on putting electrical wiring in the church. The solar installation was also completed today and is functioning, we are just waiting on the electric company to come in and connect the grid electricity. There were some minor hiccups with kids getting into some of our supplies, but we can now look back on it and laugh.
After work today, the team split up to play volleyball and soccer. After that, we had devotions where we learned a new song and the kids and students all had a good time. Finally, we had egg curry for dinner and we enjoyed lots of fellowship with the kids.
Tomorrow, the team plans to continue wiring work at the church and lay wire, conduit for the north side of the Rays of Peace campus, and a couple other smaller tasks.
